We are always looking for qualified individuals who want to join our family.
We are looking for people with the following skills:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Must have excellent telephone speaking skills.
- High-level customer service skills.
- Ability to respond both verbally and in writing to customer inquiries.
- We do conduct a background check prior to hiring.
- We do require an 80% or greater average score on pre-employment tests.
